।। श्री कनकधारा स्तोत्रम् ।।

अंगहरे पुलकभूषण माश्रयन्ती भृगांगनैव मुकुलाभरणं तमालम।

अंगीकृताखिल विभूतिरपांगलीला मांगल्यदास्तु मम मंगलदेवताया:।।1।।

 

अर्थः-

 जैसे भ्रमरी अधखिले कुसुमों से अलंकृत तमाल-तरु का आश्रय लेती है, उसी प्रकार जो प्रकाश श्रीहरि के रोमांच से सुशोभित श्रीअंगों पर निरंतर पड़ता रहता है तथा जिसमें संपूर्ण ऐश्वर्य का निवास है, संपूर्ण मंगलों की अधिष्ठात्री देवी भगवती महालक्ष्मी का वह कटाक्ष मेरे लिए मंगलदायी हो।

अर्थः-

जैसे भ्रमरी महान कमल दल पर मँडराती रहती है, उसी प्रकार जो श्रीहरि के मुखारविंद की ओर बराबर प्रेमपूर्वक जाती है और लज्जा के कारण लौट आती है। समुद्र कन्या लक्ष्मी की वह मनोहर मुग्ध दृष्टिमाला मुझे धन संपत्ति प्रदान करें ।।

विश्वामरेन्द्रपदविभ्रमदानदक्षमानन्द हेतु रधिकं मधुविद्विषोपि।

ईषन्निषीदतु मयि क्षणमीक्षणार्द्धमिन्दोवरोदर सहोदरमिन्दिराय:।।3।।

अर्थः-

 जो संपूर्ण देवताओं के अधिपति इंद्र के पद का वैभव-विलास देने में समर्थ है, मधुहन्ता श्रीहरि को भी अधिकाधिक आनंद प्रदान करने वाली है तथा जो नीलकमल के भीतरी भाग के समान मनोहर जान पड़ती है, उन लक्ष्मीजी के अधखुले नेत्रों की दृष्टि क्षण भर के लिए मुझ पर थोड़ी सी अवश्य पड़े।।

आमीलिताक्षमधिगम्य मुदा मुकुन्दमानन्दकन्दम निमेषमनंगतन्त्रम्।

आकेकर स्थित कनी निकपक्ष्म नेत्रं भूत्यै भवेन्मम भुजंगरायांगनाया:।।4।।

अर्थः-

शेषशायी भगवान विष्णु की धर्मपत्नी श्री लक्ष्मीजी के नेत्र हमें ऐश्वर्य प्रदान करने वाले हों, जिनकी पु‍तली तथा बरौनियाँ अनंग के वशीभूत हो अधखुले, किंतु साथ ही निर्निमेष (अपलक) नयनों से देखने वाले आनंदकंद श्री मुकुन्द को अपने निकट पाकर कुछ तिरछी हो जाती हैं।।

कामप्रदा भगवतो पि कटाक्षमाला कल्याण भावहतु मे कमलालयाया:।।5।।

अर्थः-

 जो भगवान मधुसूदन के कौस्तुभमणि-मंडित वक्षस्थल में इंद्रनीलमयी हारावली-सी सुशोभित होती है तथा उनके भी मन में प्रेम का संचार करने वाली है, वह कमल-कुंजवासिनी कमला की कटाक्षमाला मेरा कल्याण करे।।

* The one who is adorned with Indranilamayi Harvali in the Kaustubhamani-mandated chest of Lord Madhusudan and is also the one who transmits love in his mind, let me do the Katakshmala of Kamal-Kunjvasini Kamala.

 

कालाम्बुदालिललितोरसि कैटभारेर्धाराधरे स्फुरति या तडिदंगनेव्।

मातु: समस्त जगतां महनीय मूर्तिभद्राणि मे दिशतु भार्गवनन्दनाया:।।6।।

अर्थः-

जैसे मेघों की घटा में बिजली चमकती है, उसी प्रकार जो कैटभशत्रु श्रीविष्णु के काली मेघमाला के श्यामसुंदर वक्षस्थल पर प्रकाशित होती है, जिन्होंने अपने आविर्भाव से भृगुवंश को आनंदित किया है तथा जो समस्त लोकों की जननी है, उन भगवती लक्ष्मी की पूजनीय मूर्ति मुझे कल्याण प्रदान करे।।

प्राप्तं पदं प्रथमत: किल यत्प्रभावान्मांगल्य भाजि: मधुमायनि मन्मथेन।

मध्यापतेत दिह मन्थर मीक्षणार्द्ध मन्दालसं च मकरालयकन्यकाया:।।7।।

अर्थः-

समुद्र कन्या कमला की वह मंद, अलस, मंथर और अर्धोन्मीलित दृष्टि, जिसके प्रभाव से कामदेव ने मंगलमय भगवान मधुसूदन के हृदय में प्रथम बार स्थान प्राप्त किया था, यहाँ मुझ पर पड़े।।

दद्याद दयानुपवनो द्रविणाम्बुधाराम स्मिभकिंचन विहंग शिशौ विषण्ण।

दुष्कर्मधर्ममपनीय चिराय दूरं नारायण प्रणयिनी नयनाम्बुवाह:।।8।।

अर्थः-

भगवान नारायण की प्रेयसी लक्ष्मी का नेत्र रूपी मेघ दयारूपी अनुकूल पवन से प्रेरित हो दुष्कर्म (धनागम विरोधी अशुभ प्रारब्ध) रूपी धाम को चिरकाल के लिए दूर हटाकर विषाद रूपी धर्मजन्य ताप से पीड़ित मुझ दीन रूपी चातक पर धनरूपी जलधारा की वृष्टि करे।।

दृष्टि: प्रहूष्टकमलोदर दीप्ति रिष्टां पुष्टि कृषीष्ट मम पुष्कर विष्टराया:।।9।।

अर्थः-

 विशिष्ट बुद्धि वाले मनुष्य जिनके प्रीति पात्र होकर जिस दया दृष्टि के प्रभाव से स्वर्ग पद को सहज ही प्राप्त कर लेते हैं, पद्‍मासना पद्‍मा की वह विकसित कमल-गर्भ के समान कांतिमयी दृष्टि मुझे मनोवांछित पुष्टि प्रदान करे।।

गीर्देवतैति गरुड़ध्वज भामिनीति शाकम्भरीति शशिशेखर वल्लभेति।

सृष्टि स्थिति प्रलय केलिषु संस्थितायै तस्यै ‍नमस्त्रि भुवनैक गुरोस्तरूण्यै ।।10।।

अर्थः-

जो सृष्टि लीला के समय वाग्देवता (ब्रह्मशक्ति) के रूप में विराजमान होती है तथा प्रलय लीला के काल में शाकम्भरी (भगवती दुर्गा) अथवा चन्द्रशेखर वल्लभा पार्वती (रुद्रशक्ति) के रूप में अवस्थित होती है, त्रिभुवन के एकमात्र पिता भगवान नारायण की उन नित्य यौवना प्रेयसी श्रीलक्ष्मीजी को नमस्कार है।।

* The world which resides in the form of Vagdevata (Brahmashakti) at the time of Leela and is situated as Shakambhari (Bhagavati Durga) or Chandrashekhar Vallabha Parvati (Rudrashakti) during the period of Pralaya Leela, those continents of Lord Narayana, the only father of Tribhuvan. श्रुत्यै नमोस्तु शुभकर्मफल प्रसूत्यै रत्यै नमोस्तु रमणीय गुणार्णवायै।

शक्तयै नमोस्तु शतपात्र निकेतानायै पुष्टयै नमोस्तु पुरूषोत्तम वल्लभायै।।11।।

अर्थः-

मात:। शुभ कर्मों का फल देने वाली श्रुति के रूप में आपको प्रणाम है। रमणीय गुणों की सिंधु रूपा रति के रूप में आपको नमस्कार है। कमल वन में निवास करने वाली शक्ति स्वरूपा लक्ष्मी को नमस्कार है तथा पुष्टि रूपा पुरुषोत्तम प्रिया को नमस्कार है।।

नमोस्तु नालीक निभाननायै नमोस्तु दुग्धौदधि जन्म भूत्यै ।

नमोस्तु सोमामृत सोदरायै नमोस्तु नारायण वल्लभायै।।12।।

अर्थः-

 कमल वदना कमला को नमस्कार है। क्षीरसिंधु सभ्यता श्रीदेवी को नमस्कार है। चंद्रमा और सुधा की सगी बहन को नमस्कार है। भगवान नारायण की वल्लभा को नमस्कार है।

 Kamal Vadna is hello to Kamala. The Kshirasindhu civilization salutes Sridevi. Greetings to the real sister of Moon and Sudha. Lord Narayana is greeted to Vallabha.

 

सम्पतकराणि सकलेन्द्रिय नन्दानि साम्राज्यदान विभवानि सरोरूहाक्षि।

त्व द्वंदनानि दुरिता हरणाद्यतानि मामेव मातर निशं कलयन्तु नान्यम्।।13।।

अर्थः-

कमल सदृश नेत्रों वाली माननीय माँ! आपके चरणों में किए गए प्रणाम संपत्ति प्रदान करने वाले, संपूर्ण इंद्रियों को आनंद देने वाले, साम्राज्य देने में समर्थ और सारे पापों को हर लेने के लिए सर्वथा उद्यत हैं, वे सदा मुझे ही अवलम्बन दें। (मुझे ही आपकी चरण वंदना का शुभ अवसर सदा प्राप्त होता रहे)।।

* Honorable Mother with lotus-like eyes! Salutations done at your feet are property-giving, pleasures to the whole senses, capable of giving kingdom, and are always ready to take away all sins, let them always accept me. (May I always have an auspicious occasion for your chanting) .

 

यत्कटाक्षसमुपासना विधि: सेवकस्य कलार्थ सम्पद:।

संतनोति वचनांगमानसंसत्वां मुरारिहृदयेश्वरीं भजे।।14।।

अर्थः-

 जिनके कृपा कटाक्ष के लिए की गई उपासना उपासक के लिए संपूर्ण मनोरथों और संपत्तियों का विस्तार करती है, श्रीहरि की हृदयेश्वरी उन्हीं आप लक्ष्मी देवी का मैं मन, वाणी और शरीर से भजन करता हूँ।।

* The worship of those who have been worshiped for sarcasm extends the entire desires and possessions to the worshiper, I worship the heart, voice and body of Goddess Lakshmi Devi, the Hrideshwari of Srihari.

 

सरसिजनिलये सरोज हस्ते धवलमांशुकगन्धमाल्यशोभे।

भगवति हरिवल्लभे मनोज्ञे त्रिभुवनभूतिकरि प्रसीद मह्यम्।।15।।

अर्थः-

भगवती हरिप्रिया! तुम कमल वन में निवास करने वाली हो, तुम्हारे हाथों में नीला कमल सुशोभित है। तुम अत्यंत उज्ज्वल वस्त्र, गंध और माला आदि से सुशोभित हो। तुम्हारी झाँकी बड़ी मनोरम है। त्रिभुवन का ऐश्वर्य प्रदान करने वाली देवी, मुझ पर प्रसन्न हो जाओ।।

* Bhagwati Haripriya! You are going to live in lotus forest, blue lotus is beautiful in your hands. You are beautified by very bright clothes, smells and garlands etc. Your tableau is very captivating. May the Goddess who bestows the glory of Tribhuvan be pleased with me.

 

दग्धिस्तिमि: कनकुंभमुखा व सृष्टिस्वर्वाहिनी विमलचारू जल प्लुतांगीम।

प्रातर्नमामि जगतां जननीमशेष लोकाधिनाथ गृहिणी ममृताब्धिपुत्रीम्।।16।।

अर्थः-

 दिग्गजों द्वारा सुवर्ण-कलश के मुख से गिराए गए आकाश गंगा के निर्मल एवं मनोहर जल से जिनके श्री अंगों का अभिषेक (स्नान) संपादित होता है, संपूर्ण लोकों के अधीश्वर भगवान विष्णु की गृहिणी और क्षीरसागर की पुत्री उन जगज्जननी लक्ष्मी को मैं प्रात:काल प्रणाम करता हूँ।।

* I am in the morning to the Jagjjnani Lakshmi, the housewife of Lord Vishnu, the supreme God of the whole world, and the daughter of Kshirasagar, whose pure body is anointed (bath) from the pure and beautiful water of the Akash Ganga, dropped from the mouth of the suvarna-kalash by the giants. कमले कमलाक्षवल्लभे त्वं करुणापूरतरां गतैरपाड़ंगै:।

अवलोकय माम किंचनानां प्रथमं पात्रमकृत्रिमं दयाया : ।।17।।

अर्थः-

कमल नयन केशव की कमनीय कामिनी कमले! मैं अकिंचन (दीन-हीन) मनुष्यों में अग्रगण्य हूँ, अतएव तुम्हारी कृपा का स्वाभाविक पात्र हूँ। तुम उमड़ती हुई करुणा की बाढ़ की तरह तरंगों के समान कटाक्षों द्वारा मेरी ओर देखो।।

* Kamal Nayan Keshav's worthy Kamini Kamle! I am the foremost among the non-humans (deen-inferior), therefore I am a natural character of your grace. You look at me with sarcasm like waves like a flood of mercy.

 

स्तुवन्ति ये स्तुतिभिर भूमिरन्वहं त्रयीमयीं त्रिभुवनमातरं रमाम्।

गुणाधिका गुरुतरभाग्यभागिनो भवन्ति ते बुधभाविताया:।।18।।

 

अर्थः-

जो मनुष्य इन स्तु‍तियों द्वारा प्रतिदिन वेदत्रयी स्वरूपा त्रिभुवन-जननी भगवती लक्ष्मी की स्तुति करते हैं, वे इस भूतल पर महान गुणवान और अत्यंत सौभाग्यशाली होते हैं तथा विद्वान पुरुष भी उनके मनोभावों को जानने के लिए उत्सुक रहते हैं।।
